I was mega excited to be asked to build the new website for Touco (formally Toucan) in November 2019. The folk at Touco were working on an amazing app to help people manage their spending habits by enlisting the help of trusted friends and family.
I can’t take credit for the beautiful design, that is the work of Lilian Tula, but I was enlisted to build the front end; a static site with the focus on accessibility.
Because the website was being deployed on AWS, only plain html was allowed, so I developed a handlebars template. This meant we could easily manage the website in reusable blocks whilst outputting plain html.
